I think the product you're referring to is LAN MapShot, actually (Inspector was a protocol analyzer). Both of which aren't supported by us anymore (man, you must have some history with us, that's awesome!). LAN MapShot used to have an integration with Visio where it would do a network discovery and map things for you, it was a great product! I've unofficially heard there are some downloads somewhere, but we no longer have it.

Ah, okay sorry, since we don't support it anymore, it's like old folk lore in that only certain information gets passed on some of our really old products, haha! You're right! There was a version of inspector that had a basic Visio integration (a coworker of mine went digging in some old boxes and found some of the versions), and the LAN MapShot was the follow up product that perfected it for the later versions of Visio and added some network insight to the diagramming.
